Overseer Vincent Bohanan

Born to Deacon Vincent and Pastor Marie Bohanan, Pastor Vincent Bohanan discovered his passion for ministry at an early age within the nurturing environment of his home church, Institutional Church of God in Christ of Brooklyn, NY, under the guidance of the late Bishop Carl E. Williams Sr.

At the age of 11, he instinctively began playing the organ, unwittingly unleashing one of his many innate gifts. With no formal lessons, Pastor Bohanan honed his skills over the years, allowing the anointing on his life to guide him. As he matured, he seized the opportunity to play and compose songs that would leave a lasting impact on the kingdom of God.

His educational journey led him to pursue a bachelor's degree in music business at Five Towns College, culminating in 2013. In 2014, driven by a lifelong dream, Pastor Bohanan founded "The Sound of Victory Fellowship Choir" (SOV) to counter negative stereotypes associated with today’s youth, providing a positive platform for them to develop and express their musical talents.

Expanding his vision, he launched his second choir, "The Victorious Army - ATL" (VBTVA), in Atlanta in 2019. Both choirs are making significant strides in the gospel music industry.

Amid notable achievements, Pastor Bohanan, deeply affected by the loss of his mother, Pastor Marie A.P. Bohanan, accepted the call to lead The Winners’ Assembly NYC. Dedicated to fostering multi-ethnic fellowships, he encourages the free expression of natural talents, abilities, and spiritual gifts.

Currently pursuing a master's in theology, Pastor Bohanan embraces continuous growth in his faith. His mantra, "and It shall not be otherwise," reflects his commitment to accomplishing everything God has set before him.
